UK Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
Orders are carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the artwork type and shipping method selected.
International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Available countries and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.
International orders may be subject to local customs charges, import duties, or taxes depending on the destination.
Tracking
Where tracked shipping is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided with your order after dispatch.
Original Artwork
Original paintings are carefully packaged to help protect them during transport. Because original pieces are unique, we recommend inspecting your order shortly after delivery.
Returns
Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within the applicable return period before sending the order back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the artwork
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
Custom & Commissioned Artwork
Because custom and commissioned artworks are created specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for standard change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described.
