Are the artworks original?
Yes. Original paintings sold through Art With Paws are one-of-a-kind pieces created by Mariana Bivol. Once an original artwork is sold, that physical piece will not be available again.
What is the difference between an original painting and an art print?
An original painting is the unique artwork created by the artist. Art prints are high-quality reproductions of selected original pieces, available in different sizes.
What print sizes are available?
Available sizes may vary by artwork, but selected prints are generally offered in A4, A3, and A2 sizes. Please check the individual product page for the options currently available.
Do the prints come framed?
Framing availability may vary by product. Please check the product description and selected variant before ordering. If a frame is not specifically included, the artwork will be supplied unframed.
Will the colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
We make every effort to represent each artwork accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting, and the printing process.
Do you ship within the UK?
Yes. UK delivery is available, with shipping options and charges shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Available countries and the applicable shipping cost will be shown during checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the destination, artwork type, and shipping service selected. You will receive shipping information once your order has been prepared and dispatched.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking details will be provided where a tracked delivery service is used. You will receive the information using the email address provided with your order.
What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, photographs of the artwork, and photographs of the packaging. We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution.
Can I return an artwork?
Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Can commissioned or personalised artwork be returned?
Because commissioned and personalised pieces are created specifically for the customer, they may not qualify for standard change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Can I request a custom commission?
Yes. If you would like Mariana to create a custom piece, please use the Commission Request page or contact us with details about your idea.
Can I request a specific size or artwork style?
For commissioned work, you can share your preferred size, subject, colour direction, and other ideas. Final availability and pricing will be confirmed before the commission begins.
How should I care for my artwork?
Keep artwork away from excessive moisture, direct heat, and prolonged strong sunlight. Original paintings and prints should be handled carefully and displayed in a suitable indoor environment.
Does buying an artwork give me copyright ownership?
No. Purchasing an original artwork or print gives you ownership of the physical item only. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
